UPDATE 3:20 p.m.Officials said Sunday that El Paso County roads are passable but ask drivers to take their time during the wintry conditions.The county's Public Works department said snow operations include 34 trucks working to treat primary and secondary roads.The northern part of the county and the mountains area have seen up to 5 inches of snow, county officials said, "The winds have picked up and are causing some drifting or icing in exposed areas," the county said in a news release.--UPDATE 3:10 p.m.A flight from Fort Collins to the Colorado Springs Airport and another from the airport to Bullhead City, Ariz., have been canceled, according to the airport's website.
