DETROIT >> When Alec Regula wakes up at his West Bloomfield home, one of the first things he sees is a plaque on the wall with a note from former Red Wings forward Valtteri Filppula."It says "Best of luck this year, Alec, Have a good season,' signed by Valterri,'' Regula said.Regula's connection to the Red Wings has been strong since his father, Chet, was the team dentist even before Alec was born.
