Eighty of West Charlotte High's weakest students are being urged to move to a little-known alternative school for teens who are too old for their grade.The school summoned all of them to a meeting Wednesday, but only half were in school that day, said Tahira Stalberte, a Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools spokeswoman.
