Kevin Stitt announced a three-part plan to begin reopening businesses across the state, with some restrictions being lifted as early as Friday.Appointment-based businesses in some parts of the state such as barbershops, hair salons and other personal care could begin conducting business by appointment only starting Friday.But local municipal restrictions, including those in Oklahoma City, will prevent some businesses from opening according to Stitt's plan.May 1, Stitt plans to ease restrictions on restaurants, movie theaters and some sporting venues, but bars must remain closed.Phase 2 would occur 14 days later, and would lessen restrictions on nonessential travel, organized sports, bars, children’s areas and places of worship.Phase 3 would take place 14 days after Phase 2, though details have yet to be released.Read more on NewsOK.com
