According to Wikipedia, corporate culture “encompasses values and behaviors that contribute to the unique social and psychological environment of an organization.” To be a little more specific regarding a business organization’s culture, it incorporates a company’s core values, vision, positive behaviors, attitudes, respect for others, commitment and caring. The values and characteristics of a strong corporate culture in a business organization lead to a clear identification of the true nature of not only the business, but of the characteristics of the employees working in the business.
