Halloween is just around the corner, and Cedar Rapids and many of the surrounding communities have lots of events and trick-or-treating fun planned.Cedar RapidsCedar Rapids does not designate Halloween trick-or-treat times. Most people turn their porch lights on and welcome trick-or-treaters between about 5 and 8 p.m. on Halloween.
