A Colorado man will serve jail time and two years of probation for attempting to vote multiple times in the 2022 general election in Routt County. Robert Anzulewicz, 41, of Steamboat Springs pleaded guilty June 4 to mail-in ballot election fraud, a misdemeanor. Routt County Judge Erin Wilson sentenced him to 20 days in jail and two years of probation. A man has pleaded guilty in the 2023 fatal shooting of a 16-year-old girl during an attempted robbery in Montbello, according to court documents. Brandon Sandoval, 18, pleaded guilty to a second-degree murder charge Friday, court documents show. Other charges Sandoval faced were dismissed as part of a plea deal: two counts of murder after deliberation, two counts of murder with extreme indifference, one count of assault with extreme indifference, three counts of assault with a deadly weapon, two counts of robbery with a real or simulated weapon, two counts of robbery with a deadly weapon, two counts of felony menacing, and one misdemeanor count for handgun possession as a juvenile.
