Why Falling Inflation Won't Push Bernanke To Unleash Qe3

Inflation fell in May after coming flat in April, leading markets to believe the conditions for additional Fed easing are in place. While lower inflation gives Bernanke leeway, JPMorgan's chief economist believes an extension of the Twist, not QE, is coming.
