Why Noosa Yoghurt's Cofounders Sold The Company And Stayed On: Interview

'A lot of entrepreneurs don't know when to get out of their own way,' says Noosa Yoghurt cofounder Koel Thomae. 'We were on such a steep growth curve. We knew that to keep up with the level of growth that we had to do something.' Thomae discusses why she and her cofounder Rob Graves decided to sell a majority stake to private equity firm Advent International in 2014 and continue to work in the company, which had $100 million in sales last year.
