A preseason game to an NHL veteran is typically a chore, if not an actual affront. But Stars forwards Jamie Benn and Tyler Seguin are looking forward to their exhibition work this season. Seguin missed the entire preseason last year after suffering a cracked heel in preparation for the World Cup of Hockey, while Benn hurt a core muscle during summer training and had to tread cautiously during camp. Both started slow and both finished with numbers below their typical scoring efficiency, so starting out healthy is seen as a gift from the hockey gods this year."I'm excited," said Seguin, who had 72 points in 82 games last season.
