U.S. District Judge Michael Simon issued a temporary restraining order that blocks Portland Public Schools from continuing a 28-day sports suspension against Jackson Fletcher, 17. The suspension came after a school vice principal determined Fletcher had violated the school's drug and alcohol policy by giving another student $10 to buy alcohol for an upcoming party last month.
