Local first responders paid tribute to Winchester Hospital healthcare providers on April 30. Fire Trucks, ambulances, police cruisers and more passed in front of the hospital, sounding sirens and honking horns. Frontline #HealthCareHeroes and members of the community cheered as the caravan passed by.This special event was made possible by the cities and towns of Winchester, Woburn, Stoneham, Arlington, Reading, Lexington, Medford, Wilmington, Burlington.
