In evaluating my topic options for this month’s column, I considered one I’ve intended to cover for a long time: organic wine. Frankly, I’ve been remiss in not covering them prior to now. That said, let’s proceed.Organic wine is vino produced by viticulturists and winemakers who eschew the use of artificial and synthetic chemicals, such as fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides, and herbicides in their vineyards.
