Beloved children's character Winnie the Pooh has been banned from being used as the public face of a local playground in the small Polish town of Tuszyn. News.com.au reports that a leaked tape of a town council meeting indicated that council members were unhappy with Pooh being used as a figurehead. Not for any commercial or copyright reasons though, but rather because of the honey-obsessed characters dress sense, sexual identity and lack of genitalia.
