CEDAR RAPIDS — A 26-year-old Wisconsin man, who posed as a male and female online to attract minors and solicit explicit photos from them, was sentenced to 30 years in federal prison Monday. U.S. District Chief Judge Leonard Strand, who called this case “aggravated and disturbing,” because Carson T. Sibley, of La Crosse, Wis., posed as both genders to trick minors into sending him sexually explicit images and videos and he also traveled to Grundy County twice in hopes of having sex with a victim.
