Wisconsin Troopers Not Wearing Name Tags In North Dakota

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Seventeen Wisconsin State Patrol troopers sent to North Dakota to help disperse oil pipeline protesters aren't wearing name tags or numbers on their uniforms.
