Portland police are investigating the discovery of the body of a woman that washed up on shore near Fort Allen Park. The body was discovered at about 6 a.m. Friday and detectives and evidence technicians are at the scene. The circumstances of the woman’s death, how long she had been in the water and other details were not immediately available. This story will be updated.
