Manitou Springs residents jumped from a second-floor window late Saturday morning after a woman allegedly set fire to the house where they lived. The woman, identified as Nicchi Ladawn, was arrested after calling the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office and admitting to starting the fire at 507 Canon Ave., Manitou Springs police said.
