A 59-year-old Delaware woman died after falling from a 35-foot zip platform at a Delaware state park on Wednesday. Tina Warner fell from the perch while waiting to ride a zip line at Go Ape Tree Top Adventure around 2:35 p.m., according to the Associated Press. Rangers and employees performed first aid on Warner until paramedics arrived, but she was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital. “She was finishing her bucket list,” her daughter, Melissa Slater, told the AP.
