MEDIA COURTHOUSE >> A woman who police said terrorized an Upper Darby neighborhood for nearly two years with a dangerous dog pleaded guilty Thursday to recklessly endangering another person and a dangerous dog offense.Gretchen Fonseca, 33, of the 800 block of Eaton Road in Drexel Hill, also pleaded guilty to an unrelated charge of retail theft at the Kohl's in Havertown.
