Similar Stories to Woman Sentenced In Phony Lawyer Case on Bing News

A woman who misrepresented herself as a lawyer and conned several victims out of more than $58,000 for legal services was sentenced Friday to nearly 14 years in jail. Giuliana Bosco, 39, was convicted last month of 24 criminal counts including grand theft, forgery and identity theft. She is a law school graduate who worked for several firms as a paralegal, but was not licensed to practice law, according to prosecutors.
