By Carlee Lammers The commissioner of the state's Division of Labor resigned late last week - the latest resignation from Gov. Jim Justice's administration since Justice switched political parties from Democratic to Republican. David W. Mullins resigned effective Friday, Justice spokesman Butch Antolini said Sunday. Deputy commissioner Mitch Woodrum has been named acting labor commissioner, Antolini said. Asked why Mullins resigned, Antolini directed all further questions to Mullins, who could not be reached for comment Sunday. A Jackson County resident, Mullins served previous stints as labor commissioner under Govs.
