FORTY FORT — It made sense that Andrew Kurilla was wearing a big red circle on his chest. He was playing the part of Mars, after all, and star-gazers everywhere call that “the red planet.” The plastic hoop Mia McGinley had around her waist helped you guess she was Saturn, the planet famous for its rings. And the chunks of “rock” attached to Josh Hufford’s outfit hinted that meteroids, too, were part of the program the kindergarten children at Wyoming Seminary Lower School presented last week, to show what their teachers, Toni Loftus and Elizabeth Schmaltz, had taught them about the solar system. But why, oh why, was a little purple circle called Pluto crying? “Because it was kicked out,” said 6-year-old Grace Switzer, who was wearing that purple placard.
