By Ryan Quinn RICHWOOD - Gov. Jim Justice said he is "tickled to death" the West Virginia Board of Education's denied a plan to consolidate Richwood schools into a campus near Summersville. "I can't really say where it's going to guide us, but I hope we're on a better path than we were before," Justice said at a Thursday unveiling of five new Richwood homes funded through a charity he formed with others' help. Thursday's event was a day before the anniversary of the June 2016 flood that pummeled Richwood and many other communities across West Virginia.
