For years, the Miccosukee Tribe's leader told its members not to pay taxes and conceal their lucrative casino earnings from outsiders. Now, after losing a years-long court battle to avoid a $1 billion IRS bill, the tribe is suing to collect a bigger share of federal COVID-19 relief money.
