Yoga In The Prairie Class In Harvard Puts Practice In Natural Setting For A Cause

HARVARD – Attendees of Natives Haven Nursery in Harvard recently had the opportunity to not only become one with nature, but also become one with themselves, for a good cause. Dorothy Robin of Workplace Wellness Yoga partnered with Natives Haven Wildflower Nursery owners Bill and Terrie Warzecha for Yoga in the Prairie. The 45-minute class took place on the nursery grounds, where the 10 students in attendance enjoyed the relaxation of yoga in a natural setting. “It was definitely a departure from your standard yoga class,” attendee Judy DeSimone said.
