Kevin Nealon was one of the more likeable “Saturday Night Live” cast members during his marathon run from 1986 to 1995, even managing to make the corrupt pot-smoking city councilman in “Weeds” seem sympathetic. [...] he got his start as a stand-up, appearing on “The Tonight Show” with Johnny Carson as early as 1984. Nealon has been touring steadily between film and television roles for the past couple of decades, and will bring a seasoned and reliably funny show to Cobb’s Comedy Club on Friday-Sunday, July 28-30.
