Jarkelious Kelly, a graduating senior at Woodville-Tompkins Technical and Career High School, was awarded a $5,000 scholarship from the Woodville-Tompkins High School Alumni Scholarship Foundation. Jarkelious has a 3.0 grade-point average, works at a fast food restaurant and is involved in the Savannah Youth Council, Neighborhood Youth Ambassadors and the Student Leadership Team.
