These were and are used in many: Personal computers: Apple Macintosh, Commodore Amiga, Atari ST, early HP 9000s; Workstations: Sun Microsystems Unix, Apollo/Domain. Video games: Sega Genesis/MegaDrive, NeoGeo, several arcade machines. Many versions are in production, as embedded processors.
