Activists Ask Commissioners To Review Actions In Shelter's Distemper Outbreak

Animal activists want Franklin County commissioners to review how the distemper outbreak happened at the dog shelter — where 99 dogs were euthanized — and how it can be prevented in the future. Commissioner John O’Grady welcomed that request, saying feels the pain of animal owners.
