(AP) — The director of an ill-fated movie about singer Gregg Allman says a train collision that killed one of his crew members on a Georgia railroad bridge "was ultimately my responsibility." "Midnight Rider" director Randall Miller issued a written statement to The Associated Press on Friday, less than two weeks after he pleaded guilty to charges of involuntary manslaughter and criminal trespassing.
