(By Rick Rothacker, rrothacker@charlotteobserver.com) Bank of America Corp., Citigroup Inc. and JPMorgan Chase & Co. will likely be forced to hold the maximum amount of capital under new international requirements agreed to over the weekend, an analyst wrote today.The oversight body of the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision would require large "systematically important" banks to hold an additional Tier 1 common equity capital buffer of 1 to 2.5 percent of risk-weighted assets.
