"Dr. Kevorkian of the numbers" is back with more bad news about Gov. Christie’s budget.The state could finish the 2012 fiscal year as much as $788 million in the hole, David Rosen, a budget analyst at the nonpartisan Office of Legislative Service, told lawmakers Tuesday in a memo obtained by The Inquirer.
