Today Forward Networks, a “stealth” startup funded by Andreessen Horowitz, SV Angel, and A Capital, announced it has secured $11.1 million in capital in a public SEC filing. To date, the company has raised at least $11.97 million, including a $824,999 round that was also reported today but dates back to September 2013. It’s not clear who led the $11.1 million round — we’ve reached out to Forward Networks for more.
