Officials essentially walked into a zoo of a home in Southern California Tuesday.Responding to a complaint about a foul smell, Animal Control arrived to a Santa Ana home covered in urine and feces that was home to 23 cats, eight kids, one dog and an African grey parrot, the Los Angeles Times reports.Authorities said that the smell of ammonia was so strong that they called in a hazmat team, KTLA reports.
