By Rhett Morgan Tulsa WorldTULSA — Jim Glover called allegations of fraud lodged against him by purchasers of his former auto dealership “simply false” and “nothing more than an attempt to blame others” for mismanagement, according to a statement Tuesday. In a civil lawsuit filed April 11 in Tulsa County District Court, Roundtree Automotive Group, a Louisiana-based LLC, and Tulsa C Property, a Delaware LLC, raised claims against Glover and others that include fraud, breach of contracts, misappropriation of trade secrets and deceptive trade practices in the roughly $46 million sale of a Glover dealership last summer. The plaintiffs bought the dealership July 24 for $46,286,030.49, according to court documents.
