State Auditor Dave Yost required pain medication after back surgery on April 9, but it took no edge off his ire last week. The second-term Republican was more than a little upset that the House GOP crafted budget language to kill a program he initiated to rule on complaints from Ohioans that they were improperly denied public records by state entities.
