Cartoon: Sustainable Keystone Xl

Who says Keystone XL isn’t a sustainable, renewable project? Just ask Tar Sands Timmy . . . and Senator (for now) Mary Landrieu. Now that “jobs” claims have been debunked and US domestic oil production is booming, the Keystone XL pipeline project has morphed into primarily a political symbol. Surely the new Republican Congress will pass a gung-ho Keystone XL bill, then it will be up to Obama to kill this ridiculous project.
