Chow Morso is the newest tenant at Avanti Food & Beverage, replacing chef Marco Gonzales’ Bixo. Chef Darrel Truett and Ryan Fletter of Barolo Grill will open the new concept next week, bringing Italian street food to the collective eatery. While Barolo has served the Cherry Creek North neighborhood with Italian fine dining since 1992, Chow Morso ventures into a new neighborhood and style of food and service. “We get to bring Barolo to another neighborhood, not make people come here,” said Fletter.
