Police say a pot dealer is behind bars for dealing large quantities of marijuana in the Mattapan and Dorchester areas.Howard Robinson, 48, of Mattapan was placed under arrest after a monthlong drug investigation, cops said.He was found in possession of multiple bags of marijuana weighing a total of approximately 4 pounds when cops pulled him over.Police say they saw Robinson driving in the area of Armandine Street on Saturday afternoon and he appeared to be involved in a drug transaction.
