Director Ryan Unicomb wants to explore the abandoned superhero picIf you’ve had a chance to see Jodorowsky’s Dune or are fascinated by the approaching The Death Of Superman Lives: What Happened? about Tim Burton’s attempt to bring the Man Of Steel to screens, you’ll likely be happy to learn that a new documentary team plan to chronicle George Miller’s scrapped plan to make a Justice League film.
Every year we see dozens upon dozens of films released. Lately -- the past four years to be exact -- we have seen some great years in film. 2015 looks to be no different from the previous years. I will list some of the films that I am hoping to see, and hopefully some more get added by some of you as well, I will continue to edit the thread if it has some success to be used as a guide for the year.
I just saw 'Mad Max: Fury Road' today. Excellent movie. Already planning on seeing again. As a screenwriter, I was amazed how George Miller and Co. were able to attach a workable plot, character development, and world building around what is essentially a 2 hour long car chase. The film reminded me of another film that came out recently, another successful and popular action film called 'John Wick'.
Just say that you like the movie for goodness sake. It doesn't matter if other people generally like it or not. If that's what you care about, though, chances are they'll tell you in the comments anyway. submitted by Ieatwitches [link] [5 comments]
