After a slow start to 2016, venture-capital investment in Colorado companies picked up to pass the $100 million mark in the third quarter, according to the latest PwC MoneyTree Report based on data from Thomson Reuters. Led by technology companies Galvanize, FullContact and GoSpotCheck, Colorado firms raised $138.6 million during the quarter, up from $91 million a year ago.
