Robin Williams Is Returning for 'Mrs. Doubtfire' Sequel

Fox 2000 is developing a sequel to the 1993 comedy hit Mrs. Doubtfire, with star Robin Williams and Chris Columbus attached to star and direct.David Berenbaum (Elf) has signed on to write the screenplay, although no story details were revealed. This sequel has actually been in development since 2001, when actress/writer Bonnie Hunt signed on to write the script, but the project went through several rewrites and began to languish in development.
