The creator of a computer-animated short film called The Snowman has filed a copyright lawsuit against The Walt Disney Co. for similarities between her movie and the teaser trailer for Frozen. And with a California federal judge dismissing Disney's appeal, the case is primed to go to trial -- if it's not settled out of court. Kelly Wilson filed her lawsuit against Disney in March, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
