A 26-year-old man pleaded guilty to aggravated murder and was sentenced to 23 years to life in Franklin County Common Pleas Court this morning. Terrille D. Ellis was charged in the death of Shaun Fullen, 38, who was shot on Nov. 21 during a robbery at his apartment at 1647 Smith Rd.
