Central Ohio’s unemployment rate fell to 4.3 percent in September, matching the post-recession low for the region, according to state figures released this morning. The regional unemployment rate first hit 4.3 percent in April and then rose to 4.9 percent in July before starting to fall again. The rate had been 4.4 percent in August.
