Following the release of Marvel's "Avengers: Age of Ultron" first trailer the other day, one obvious comment quickly arose on social media - when will DC fire back with their own first teaser for "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice"? Considering the film is not due out until March 2016, a full ten months after 'Ultron' hits cinemas, you would think we wouldn't see a first trailer until mid-next year at the earliest.
