To keep Hamilton schools moving forward, the school board opted to hire the Franklin County district’s new leader from within instead of conducting a search. Assistant Superintendent William Morrison will become schools chief when Superintendent Chris Lester retires in June. The board approved Morrison’s appointment at Monday’s meeting.
