(AP) — Protesters tied to the unrest in Ferguson, Missouri have been arrested after they chained themselves to trains, halting service from Oakland to San Francisco and shutting down a major station in the Bay Area Rapid Transit system. System-wide BART delays remain Friday afternoon, an agency spokeswoman said. No injuries have been reported. About 25 protesters Friday first held train doors open as demonstrations persisted four days after a grand jury declined to indict a white police officer in killing of a black 18-year-old.
