An East Side man pleaded guilty today in the shooting death of a 39-year-old West Side man whose killer had remained a mystery for 24 years. Anthony M. Taylor, 43, pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter in connection with the death of Jerry Watts, 39, who was killed at his house at 3891 Briggs Rd.
